The front desk personnel are extraordinary, the way they welcome you, and take the time to explain everything about the hotel is unbelievable. They took the time to give us recommendations of restaurants, places to see, how to take trips to the lake , or found a great spa for a good massage. The breakfast is delicious, every day we found delicious food, so many dishes...

"The hotel does not have a bar or shuttle service to the airport (which Expedia lists). Coffee/Tea making should be available in the room. Cannot fault location for Verona and transport links."

"Very pleasant staff, walkable location to city centre, great tv lots of channels, Alexa in room is nice addition, room quite spacious and hot drink making facilities and fridge provided. Comfortable bed and pillows. Only downside is the rooms are not very soundproof and you can hear people in the corridor and sometimes sound from the adjoining room, the air conditioning is also quite loud. Would stay again though."
