"The lady who checked us in was so lovely. We had a warm welcome and the room was cosy and lovely and warm. The bed was so comfortable and we had everything we needed. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and the staff were very attentive. The dog was very welcome and he really enjoyed the stay too. I would highly recommend and we will be back soon."

"Lovely large room! With a jacuzzi bath, just a shame the jets didn’t work. We were staying to scatter friends ashes so didn’t spend much time in the room. Bed was comfortable and large, room was clean and tidy. Plus we had a wonderful sea view! "

"Swift and easy check-in. The family room had two bedrooms which was a very pleasant surprise. Everything was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. Could have done with a rubber bath mat but found out later we could have asked for one. Similarly de-caff tea and coffee I guess. We had our 4-year-old granddaughter with us but there were no issues with noise from the bar below. Limited menu but food was very good. Steaks were lovely. Nice pint too. Great breakfast. "This was a very cheap stay in a great destination. The hotel was excellent value for money and we had a fabulous view. It was very quiet so had a good sleep. However, it is tired in places and would benefit from a makeover. Wouldn't take a lot of work but would be beneficial in my view. Just needs more attention to detail. Staff very friendly and helpful. "The property was very very clean, had a nice view of the sea from our bedroom. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and so so friendly. Breakfast is probably one of the best breakfast I’ve had since our stays within Barmouth. Looking forward to going in Easter with my family. Thank you all again at the Tillman."
