So s.all on this stay that watching the football i had difficulty seeing who was who and were the ball was. Otherwise the staff are friendly the meal i had very good. "Nervous to visit after reading reviews. However, there is a lot of refurbishment going on. The downstairs looks fabulous and the car park/outside space is being worked on. The room was ropey, window held open with a block of wood and a pane of glass missing. Curtains not hanging correctly and a socket out. But, we arrived when they were busy and so checking in was delayed. The staff apologised for wait, and the room! The breakfast was absolutely banging and the staff were exceptional. Helpful...
