"There is NO live person at the front desk. There is NO place to store your luggage. When you check in, they sent you a text with activation code for the door at 3pm and when you check out your access is discontinue at 11am. What we suppose to do with the luggage??? Take it to the beach? “The hotel” looks like a dead building. It was great last year with proper concierge, but this year is a total disaster. No fridge in the room! There is NO ice! "It was horrible. They us a room with an unbearable smell the first day. On thr secon day, the bathroom drain broke and the smell of bathroom pipes became unbearable. We reported the issue asking for someone to come i side the room to check what happened. And they claimed the maintennance contact was out, and that they could give us another room but as everything left was more expensive we had to pay. Only after we pronounce THE SMELL WAS UNHEALTHY and that we qoukd report it to local Health...
