"Although this hotel may not be the newest one on the block, the facility and cleanliness were excellent. But what I was impressed with was the staff members' professionalism and helpfulness. They went above and beyond to help me whenever I had questions. The hotel also comes with an excellent restaurant. Their lunch and desserts are great. If I come back to Kochi, I will stay here again. Thank you very much for making my business trip comfortable and enjoyable. "

My husband and I were 10 minutes late checking out because I was having a critical blood sugar low (type one diabetic), however the staff were every good about it.
