I didn’t have a tour and they helped me with everything last minutes. And everything was perfect. "Staff is a delight. Breakfast was a delight. We arrived having difficulty looking for parking. But the kind staff went to help us find parking at a gated area. It was good that it was Saturday. Crowded but not too crowded. I ordered hot apple tea after dinner outside of the hotel. When I was to pay, the staff told us that it was on the house. Cozy and quite unique dining area.
