"The quality of this hotel is beyond what the reviews say! Ozan at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! He got us a taxi and suggested places to go and how to get there. The location is phenomenal! It is walking distance to everything. It is a 2 minute walk to Migros (supermarket) , 2 minutes from cafe's and restaurants, and 3 minutes from the beautiful pier. "I am disappointed at the quality of this hotel used by hotels.com. The room I was given was filthy and looked like it was still under construction. There were 35 steps to reach the receptio.
