"近くに飲食、薬局などもあり便利で安心感がありました。 日曜日でしたが、朝食バイキングが朝一は混み合い並ばされます。部屋のテレビで混み具合は確認出来ますが、混雑が入り口付近でも発生するので、そこはテレビでは確認できません。私は出発時間の都合で混雑時間ではないと入れませんでした？ 各種料理の配置順がよくなく、みかさんなんども行ったり来たりが発生し、そのためなかなか進まないのでより入り口付近が混み合います。トラブルにはなっていませんでしたが、戻って来た方のトレーがぶつかり汁物が溢れたりしていましたし。そこは改善してほしいかな。 文句言いたくなるレベルではないですが、気になりました。 あとは良いホテルでした。近くまでいくようならまた利用させていただくと思いますし。(^^)"

"The hotel was perfect with a beautiful sunrise view. Make sure you find food before you arrive to the town, not many restaurants around. If I could change anything about my stay, I wouldn't. It was absolutely perfect. Best breakfast buffet I've ever had at a Japanese hotel. Do it, you won't regret it. Hopefully I get the opportunity to come back. "

"Staff was super nice at this property. Service was top of the line. They even drove us up and down the road even though we could've walked. Food was delicious, elaborate, and made with superb craftsmanship. Room was so comfortable probably one of the most comfortable ryokans we have stayed at. Private open air bath was perfect with snowing outside!"
