"El hotel estaba limpio, iluminado y en una buena locación. Decidimos hospedarnos aqui porque ya habiamos visitado el restaurant, el cual sirve una comida deliciosa y tiene una vista muy bonita. Sin embargo no contabamos con tener un rooftop bar al lado del hotel, el cual estuvo tocando musica hasta las 2:00 am. Afortunadamente nos quedamos dormidas a pesar del ruido. "

"Location is quite far from Downtown and difficult to access. When I made my reservation it said 5 minutes from the Downtown and we traveled 25 minutes with lot of steep ups and downs. The receptionist was not really friendly at all, there was no hot water in the shower, the spa bathrooms were really bad and stinky.. The jacuzzi pool was nasty. The kids pool slide was kind of dangerous. Beds in very poor condition and too noisy due to other guests' pets, Poor disabilities access. Bad WiFi...
