The very next day, I had to call again since they deactivated my code for some reason. Honestly, even some other Spaniards were frustrated with the virtual reception system, a few even waited hours to get into the lobby itself. Yes, the rooms are fair for the price and the bathrooms are lovely, but the customer service is so awful that it didn't feel...
