"Only if they offered 24hr room services they would be a 5 star. Hotel is a little further then we though from downtown Barcelona but that our fault for not doing more research. We went of season so it was quite but we could clearly see this is a hot spot during the summer months. Beach was clean and well maintained. "

"Beautiful brand new hotel with excellent facilities and polite and friendly staff throughout. Good size rooms with matching good facilities. Excellent breakfast and Fresc restaurant where I had excellent service and high quality dinner. Two negative experiences my first night was sleepless because of a very traffic noisy room (facing busy fast motorways) but I received apology and a really quiet room when I complained. Also I was asked to pay €100 a night as deposit so if your stay was for few...

"The location of the hotel is very central – with rail and bus lines right below the hotel. The plaza Catalunya station is a hub for connecting to different parts of the city. Our hotel room (triple room) was huge and accommodated our family very comfortably. The view from the rooftop bar is amazing. "They loaned me an umbrella as it suddenly started to rain. They never came out to see an issue i had with the small safe in the room. The cleaning staff didn't vacuum the room throroughly. Very clean property. Breakfast buffet was adequate."
