"much better when i stayed this time. i have stayed here like 4 times in last 4 months. they have done landscaping which make a huge difference. They have painted the outside and looks way better.. Now they could pressure wash the side walks and driveways would be an improvement. then they could do touch up painting around the inside of each floor and change the carpets.. "5 mins from airport. Room and property were clean and employee at the counter was friendly and professional. Only complaint was we had a very early flight and we kept hearing music. We dont know if the hotel had something going on or if it was from a guest. Either way, it kept us up 4 a little bit, not too long or we would have called down about it. We do recommend this hotel if you fly out of IAH since its affordable and the proximity 2 the airport is so convenient "

"It was a nice hotel, and it seems to be fairly new. The only negative experience was the lack of laundry facilities, there is one washer and one dryer in the entire building, that in my opinion it’s nowhere enough for a facility this size, and to make it worst, the washer was not working and no one in maintenance knew how to get it to work since it was a third party who owns the machines and was responsible for maintenance as well.
