We were in a family room and we had to ask for the mattresses to be replaced for the children because they were poor and not able to sleep in. Sometimes they rent the common areas for parties until 11pm. The city have a problem with water and they use tanks, if there is no electricity there is no water for a shower. You get what you pay! "
