"For the price, this is exactly what we were expecting. The hotel staff were extremely nice and went above and beyond to assist us a few different times (though come with at least some basic Spanish). Room got a little hot without A/C (and opening the window only invited some mosquitos), but for the price we were pleased with our room and the staff."

"It was a tired presentation of the room. There was no tea and coffee facility with in the room , no bar fridge nor ceiling fan or air conditioning. There was no replacement of soaps or lotions during the stay. We were in a family room and we had to ask for the mattresses to be replaced for the children because they were poor and not able to sleep in. Sometimes they rent the common areas for parties until 11pm. The city have a problem with water and they use tanks, if there is no electricity there is no water for a shower. You get what you pay! "
