Maybe iv just been spoilt on my recent tour of SA as every other hotel/b&b have been so welcoming. I don’t expect much but some basic information like checkout time/wifi/ breakfast would have been handy. "Very spacious for a family stay. Understand is a farm style, but cutlery and crockery are very old rusted and I think not clean and safe to use. Farm style is nice, but the place needs some upgrades and more comfort to suit today's lifestyle. Close to the shopping centre and entertainment. Very nice that it's not in the city centre. Hopefully a more modern environment in a few years time. "

When I phoned the number I found the lady told me it stopped operating long ago. She said I must claim refund from the website that did the booking for me. I could have been robbed, nobody new me or trusted me. What if that was my last money?"
