"I rated the cleanliness a one star due to finding blood stains on the pillowcase and bed sheets. As a club volleyball traveling family we’ve stayed at several Embassy Suites and have always been impressed with the cleanliness, service and of course the food. This time the bloody linen was an unwelcome surprise.
