Every dish that we tried was better than the preceding AND Luke the bar tender made a perfect Old Fashioned. Order your own with your own preferred whiskey. "Charming hotel run by a lovely and welcoming staff. A short walk to pubs and shops. Our first night in Ireland will be remembered. Their breakfast (included) was impressive. I expected to be faced with a wall of American cereals and a make your own waffle setup. They had a tray of scones and bread, creamy yogurt topped with a sprinkle of nuts and pepitas, mango tumeric milk, fresh coffee, then a hot breakfast of your choice. So delighted! "
