"When we arrived we found out they had been closed down by Mexican government. The guard at the gate called the manager who then booked us into the 5 star hotel in downtown Tequila. It was a more expensive hotel but they covered the cost difference. Very impressed with how they handled it."

The traffic to go anywhere was as bad as Los Angelels traffic.The venue does NOT have the staffing to accommodate the guess. "Internet was poor, TV wasn’t working, restaurant was understaffed and food was cold. Had to request help each time we needed something. Poll was cold and so was jacuzzi. They don’t want to invest in a heat pump for spa. They use solar tubes to heat water so always Luke warm. Beautiful location but needs some training for staff to ensure customers feel important. "
