"I booked 4 rooms for myself & guests. 2 rooms were ok more or less as expected although the toilet was in the shower???. 2 rooms were poor - when my guest woke to a water break at 2:00 AM they were not even offered another room. The hotel was by no means full! The other poor room was extremely small. They could not move around the bed it was so small. Neither of the poor rooms had air conditioning only a ceiling fan."
