"The staff are incredibly rude here. We arrived and they said that we have booked a room with a shared bathroom (my booking made no mention of this) but she said they didn’t have any shared bathrooms left so she would put us in a private for one night and the next night we would need to swap. I made the booking months ago so it isn’t my fault they didn’t reserve the correct room for me so I refused to move for the inconvenience. Our Spanish limited and we were trying our best to communicate, also...
