"Everything at the lodge was good but could have been great with improved communication. Our family of four arrived at the same time as a group and we were offered the options to joint their tours on an expedited schedule (four days of activities in two days). We joined them for the full day Napo tour and really enjoyed the day but we were very rushed and had no idea what activity was next. At the end of the day, the four of us were left alone at the river bank for 45 minutes waiting for he bus...

"We loved it here. Such an amazing place. It’s remote, but the signage was good and our driver found it. Probably best to get there during the day. We took a chocolate making class and went on the night walk in the jungle. It is an eco resort, so don’t expect hot showers, which is usually a deal breaker for me. But the place was so nice we were very happy we stayed here. "

"The tours like the safari were overpriced for the area. The rule to take shoes off in areas like the lobby was pretty inconvenient. Food variety for people with dietary restrictions was limited."

"Most wonderful experience! Enjoyed every minute of my stay. Christian at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Enjoyed excursion with Miguel. His stories were informative, personal and entertaining. I hope to be back next year."

"Food presentation in the dining room was excellent.Similar to that of a cruise ship. Staff was very friendly and helpful, they even spoke a little English. Their Amazon tour was excellent and worth the price. Left at 9 A.M.back by 3 P.M. which included transport and lunch. The pool is currently under construction (Nov. 2018), and once completed, will be a nice place to relax. Rooms were large, and clean No air conditioning, but large ceiling fan which provided sufficient cooling."
