"The stay was nice, its a beautiful staycation, Marcus and Michael were very nice to us. The sad part was we couldn’t experience the night stay as we got locked out due to a miscommunication from them. Had a car to sleep luckily. We did get in in the morning and had a nice breakfast and some bed sleep. They said they wouldn’t charge for stay and breakfast so I thought they were genuinely sorry. But the refund never came. So there is a large scope of improvement. But its a nice and cozy stay....

Es wird eine Pakrgebühr erhaben, das kenne ich für ganz normale Parkplätze vor dem Haus nicht. Bei einer Garage mag das angemessen sein. Wenn ich all in gebucht habe sollte ein Luchpaket enthalten sein, weil das Mittagessen ja auch kostenlos ist. Hier mussten 7,50 Euro gezahlt werden. Flaschen zum Getränke abfüllen wären praktisch. "1. Very nice and helpful staff at the reception. Employees at the restaurant cannot really communicate or answer questions unfortunately (other than the lovely woman in breakfast) 2. Very nice, large, clean, comfortable rooms 3. Food was mostly good, large choice of salads and vegetables 4. The pool is nice BUT slippery and dangerous. It will end badly if not taken care of 5. No outside area for kids at all, and the indoor room is not nice at all 6. Area is beautiful, just in front of the cable...

"It was an excellent hotel at a gorgeous spot. The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel is located near a magnificent glacier with numerous gondola lifts. Great vacation spot."

"A pretty hotel and pretty area. No elevator so carrying bags up is quite difficult, also only a few car parks, not enough for everyone. Breakfast was great and location perfect "

"Fantastic stay. Great restaurant. I really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner options. Very popular place to have a drink. The owner is hands on and sponsors a variety of public events like blass band and other performers outside the hotel square. 2nd floor has a massive balcony patio, library, reading room, etc. There’s also the ability to rent an ev car or bike right from hotel. All guests I talked to enjoyed their stay and other locals in town have called it a hot spot for hanging out....

"We chose this hotel for the second time. Half-board was good. We enjoyed the swimming pool. Room was ok, the equipment a bit older, but the view was amazing. Parking in a parking house next to the hotel - higher cars as ours have to use the upper entrance which is about 5 minutes drive (no signs, receptionist told us where to go). "

"Great location, essentially it’s a ski hotel. Rooms are large, clean and come with a refrigerator. No water kettle though. Barebones toiletries. Breakfast appears to have variety but actually quite basic. "
