"The stay was nice, its a beautiful staycation, Marcus and Michael were very nice to us. The sad part was we couldn’t experience the night stay as we got locked out due to a miscommunication from them. Had a car to sleep luckily. We did get in in the morning and had a nice breakfast and some bed sleep. They said they wouldn’t charge for stay and breakfast so I thought they were genuinely sorry. But the refund never came. So there is a large scope of improvement. But its a nice and cozy stay....

"They had great customer service and Maria at the restaurant was amazing. Also, they noticed it was my husband’s birthday and left him a nice birthday card with a Prosecco bottle. They do not have elevators so be prepared to carry your luggage’s upstairs. Parking was a bit hard to find since we arrived late at night when everything was closed. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"Alrhough it wasn’t in the center of Salzburg, I think we made the right choice to stay here! It was so lovely! The hotel is located in the beautiful countryside of Austria and our room had a beautiful mountain view! Breakfast was superb and most of all, the staff were friendly and helpful! "The front desk waited for us until we arrived at 8:00 pm which was very nice of them and we had 2 rooms close to each other. There were a few restaurants and many sports shops a walking distance from the hotel. When we arrived to the second floor with the elevator, we found out that we have another 6-7 stairs to climb with the language to get to the rooms…. The bathroom in one of the rooms was tiny and there was not any body soap or shampoo in both rooms. The worst part was that every 15...
