"Staff were very kind. The Kaiseki dinner was superb. Although we did not use the public bath, the private bath reserved was great and our bodies felt less sore after a long dip. "

"The property was good, but the check-in process was ridiculously over-complicated and extremely annoying. Needing to provide photos of your passports, yourself, all of your guest’s information and then also having a video call is not worth the trouble. And it’s not like this place was cheap. It is much easier to just stay in a hotel and not deal with all this headache."
