"The staff at this property are unbelievable. They go out of their way for you. The hotel has pretty much ski in, with access to the chair lift right outside the front door. Dinner is amazing, breakfast is not as good, but has plenty on offer with fruits, hot and cold options. "Really lovely hotel - next to Daiwa shopping centre and on the main tram route (hotel will give you free tram tickets on request) The onsen facilities are extremely good and the main reason to pick this hotel over its competitors. No gym but multiple franchise gyms in the vicinity. 5 minutes away is the incredible coffee shop “Sixth or Third” (English-speaking)"
