"This resort was an oasis. The facility was immaculate and the staff were attentive and professional. The pool was at a perfect temperature. "Lets face it. Butwal is not a tourist destination or major foreign investment site. The hotel options are limited. At Darcy's you get a clean room, professional service, safe meals and privacy. Nothing is outstanding but the staff is friendly and everything is pleasant. The location means it is convenient but noisy. During our stay there was a communication issue between Darcy's and Orbitz. "The only good thing I can say is the wifi working somehow and we got a place to sleep for a night. We booked 2 rooms and both were dirty.Bed sheets were dirty, looks like its not been changed for a while, Upon notifying the receptation, they said - " We just changed it yesterday, you can't get cleaner then this, this is how it works here".
