"This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. The first time was good. This time however they didn’t have me the room I reserved and paid for. I have to ask to change room to a sea view room. I booked a Deluxe sea view room which in the past was a larger room. They first gave me city view room on the second floor which is smaller and noisy. They then gave me a room on the fifth floor (their highest level) but that room is even smaller than the second floor room. It does have a sea view, but...

"Love the staff - 5 stars! Great price and location. Although we ran into the no hot water situation on our last night but no biggie. Hopefully we won’t encounter same issue on our next stay. "I've booked and paid in advance for a room with sea view but instead we got a room that faces the garden. Had to complain with them to get them to change. No big deal except it already ruined my vacation mood. The front desk staff speaks minimum English and the rest of the staff does not speak English at all. Foreigner beware! The room is actually quite nice and big. All basic amenities included. AC working and clean sheets. The beach is poorly maintained. i know the hotel had no control...

"Would not recommend staying here at all. We were literally the only guests staying at this hotel and I’m assuming to save costs, the lights were always shut and nothing was available. In the morning, we had one egg and a bun for breakfast and was left to dine in an empty restaurant. There was not a single person present after cooking and serving us our plat of food. We couldn’t even ask for water or tea refill. The front desk was also extremely unhelpful and incompetent. We are aware cat Tien is...
