"This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. The first time was good. This time however they didn’t have me the room I reserved and paid for. I have to ask to change room to a sea view room. I booked a Deluxe sea view room which in the past was a larger room. They first gave me city view room on the second floor which is smaller and noisy. They then gave me a room on the fifth floor (their highest level) but that room is even smaller than the second floor room. It does have a sea view, but...

"Beware of your belongings. We had 4 large luggages we luckily locked up and left for 5-6 hours and left a pair of shorts and undergarments on the balcony on two hangers to dry. When we came back, the shorts & hanger went missing but the undergarments on the other hook was still there. When we asked the front desk, their response was maybe the wind blew the hanger and shorts away. Yeah right, the Nike shorts that weighed 10 times as heavy as the undergarments blew away but the undergarments...
