"The hotel was a five minutes from the tram terminal, it was also close to the shopping area. The front desk crew was friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned and quite. The breakfast was okay, it was a set meal with little food. The price was reasonable."

"Trams running from across the street all day and night. Walking distance to the Castle. Shopping Mall just around the corner. Bars and clubs 2 minutes walk around from the hotel. Beautiful Japanese breakfast every morning included. Room and facility was so clean. Towels changed daily. "

"Its a bit far from the station, so the location is not convenient. This hotel is not the typical APA hotel. Its purchased from previous ower. The rooms are not the usual APA standard. "

"The staff and their service was excellent!! The room was spacious and beautiful Japanese style including the private hot spa. Both their dinner and breakfast were beautiful and delicious!! They treated us like a king and a queen! Very well trained and friendly staff. I’d like to stay there again."

"Convenient location in the centre of Matsuyama and right in front of the airport shuttle to and from Matsuyama airport. The Okaido tram stop is also right in front so you can get to Dogo Onsen area and Matsuyama castle is just a walk away behind the hotel. Good if you need a hotel that’s easily accessible. Room was spacious enough and comfortable. My one complaint is you could see dust buildup on the ceiling where the air conditioner blows air. The vent in the washroom was also very dusty....

"Good location and price but it is really 3 star service and amenities. No communal bath, no info in Japanese or English about the huge festival, big but basic breakfast. Recheckin required for extension."
