Then I came to the reception for asking whether I can change the room, the staff stated that all of the rooms are full...I am really disappointed and I showed the expedia booking to her, which stated clearly "Traditional room with private bathroom"!!! After negotiation with the staff, she suddenly was willing to change a twin...
