"Very nice modest hotel. Being American, we are accustomed to having rooms with space. This isn't so much the same in Japan so it is hard to hold that against them but I feel more comfortable having enough space to open my suitcase and be able to walk around without it being in the way. Overall the hotel is very nice for the price. "

"The staff was great, and the entire hotel looked very clean. Food at the bar/restaurant was good as well. The bus stop was right next to the hotel, which made it easy to get to Kokusai Street and taxis are also available at all times. The only issue was that you definitely have to drive or use public transport to get to any of the shops or restaurants in Naha, however is a 10 - 20 minute ride (depending on traffic). "

"Japanese style (or I should say Okinawa style) breakfast was spot on and delicious! Wide variety of local cuisines to include tappanyaki steak was top quality. Courtesy fireworks was also a surprise, my children especially loved it! I’d definitely stay here again."

"Property was beautiful and clean, but unfortunately we were there the week before the outdoor pool opened. They charge for their indoor pool. We paid one day for my son (5) to use the indoor pool. Basic pool with small toddler slide. There is also a small pool outside the indoor pool area that you can use as well. Rooms are a bit tight for family of 4 with a 5 year old. "Good location for business use and not too far from Kokusai Dori if you don’t mind walking for 10-15 minutes. Donki is in 3 minutes walk distance, very convenient for grocery shopping if you are here for pleasure."

"Have to pay for the use of the pool, I would suggest the hotel use a timetable instead of a paying system. The hotel arranged for a 3rd bed in advance without additional charge so this is really good."

"Our initial room was much smaller than we had expected based on the website pictures. Additionally, the window shade was broken. We requested a different room which the management provided. They then provided the option of a club level room that was larger and had a couple of extra perks, (coffee, beer, wine and snacks) for an additional $40 per nite. Definitely worth doing the upgrade. The staff is very pleasant and courteous but my not knowing Japanese did create some communication...

"For context: I went on a trip with my elderly stents and this place was just the perfect hotel to stay in. A five mine walk from the mono rail and 10-12 min walk to the Tomari port made it easy for me to plan our daily trips. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Though the rooms are small (as expected), it was comfortable, clean, and they came with all the amenities needed. Hotel staff took pride in ensuring ALL customers were pleased. I will certainly love to come back to this hotel. If you’re considering this place, do it! I can assure you will be satisfied. "
