"Good hotel, clean and staff pleasant. Parking available. Unfortunately no responses to emails before and after stay (emails in Japanese and English). Which meant although we booked for an infant and requested a cot, the hotel did not provide one and the room was too small for our travel cot. We also contacted them by email after stay when we left something in the room the hotel but again no response to emails in English and Japanese to arrange for us to retrieve it."

"My first stay at a Comfort hotel and after booking this, I noticed that some websites had rated this a 2star hotel. So I was a little apprehensive. The stay went beyond my expectations. The room was a reasonable size and there was even a full length bathtub. The staff were so helpful and spoke English.
