"This property locate near the airport and easily to walk from hotel to the airport and there is the reception at the front counter all time we can check in although we arrived around 1 a.m., but for more convenient the hotel should have the body soap in the shower room and the rug in the restroom because some time the floor is wet."

"Nice property. We had a quad room for family of four, spacious and good for the one night stay we had. Comfortable beds and good bathroom. Breakfast was nice and had sufficient options. Quick and efficient checkin and checkout. No major complaints."

"No sofa in the room. Paid extra for the upgrade but nothing was special other than the bathtub (which we asked for). No place to hang towels. Breakfast is good but the tables and the chairs are not comfy. Has a nice hot tub and sauna. "

"this guesthouse is in a convenient and good location for the airport with an airport shuttle also! lovely man who took us to the airport. the facilities such as shower and kitchen were good. beds where comfy and rooms big enough. the only downfall was the leather headboards were coming apart and the pillows and bed become covered in leather from this which is uncomfortable and itchy. "The staff is the best asset of this establishment. The front desk staff, the kitchen/dining room staff, the room attendants wer all kind, attentive and quick to help.10 across the board. The hotel was quiet and clean and inviting. Being nestled on an 900 year old lava bed and surrounded my the beautiful volcanoes made it even more appealing. I will definitely return and recommend The Northern Lights Inn."
