"The staff were friendly but there is no reception desk , no check in with a person and no lift Also the hotel is not in a good location. It is on the outskirts of Speyer and you need a car to get into the town centre."

We couldn't even order some hot coffee during the afternoon as all the machines were off. The village is ok(ish) but good luck using your card for paying, it seems they got stuck in 2015 as cash is the only option. The hotel's pool, spa and breakfast were good."

"Nice and very new hotel. The rooms are on the smaller side but they’re set up in a smart way plus having a small balcony is a great thing to have."
