"A stop en route to Austria. a bit of confusion as philipsburg is another town and there was a road closure due to an accident. Well appointed and a healthy evening meal and breakfast. We will return!"

We were within walking distance to a grocery store but most restaurants were not open for dinner in the area, which seemed odd. Negative; the listing gives the impression that this is a hotel, but it is more like an apartment building that has been a little run down. "Der Aufenthalt war von Anfang bis Ende schön. Die Kommunikation vor dem Aufenthalt war super, die Begrüssung ebenfalls. Die Wohnung war die bisher beste eingeräumte Wohnung, es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Sogar ein zusätzliches Bett wurde für unseren Sohn gestellt, ohne dass wir darum bitten mussten. Für die Kinder waren viele Spielsachen bereit gestellt, um den Aufenthalt zu verschönern. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt, wir kommen wieder. Liebe Grüsse aus Davos "

"There unfortunately is not much good I can say about this property that is not marked as ‘Grüner Baum’. I arrived at the arranged time and entered the building to find an empty stairway, closed doors and a state of renovation inside and outside. Nobody appeared to be on site, except surveillance cameras. Nobody responded when I called a greeting. "Came for a 3-day business trip. Location is really outside the city, but the tram is 5 min walk and the frequency is rather good. The property however is in poor maintenance condition. Also - its rather a nuisance that there is no front desk and that the owner is not always there. I imagine its less of a problem in longer stays but for a couple of days it was very uncomfortable. "Everything was perfect, the Lange room, comfortable beds, great location between Hbf and the center. However, the air-conditioning was not regulated, it was too hot in the room. There is no shampoo or shower gel but the hand soap(!) in the shower. The breakfast at 9:50 was empty (should be till 11:00) and was not renewed, considerable luck of the serving personal at the restaurant, actually gust one girl."
