"The stay was nice, its a beautiful staycation, Marcus and Michael were very nice to us. The sad part was we couldn’t experience the night stay as we got locked out due to a miscommunication from them. Had a car to sleep luckily. We did get in in the morning and had a nice breakfast and some bed sleep. They said they wouldn’t charge for stay and breakfast so I thought they were genuinely sorry. But the refund never came. So there is a large scope of improvement. But its a nice and cozy stay....

"Wir waren an sich sehr zufrieden. Besonders das Personal ist hervorzuheben. Es gab aber ein paar Punkte die verbesserungswürdig bzw. ungewöhnlich sind. Es wird eine Pakrgebühr erhaben, das kenne ich für ganz normale Parkplätze vor dem Haus nicht. Bei einer Garage mag das angemessen sein. Wenn ich all in gebucht habe sollte ein Luchpaket enthalten sein, weil das Mittagessen ja auch kostenlos ist. Hier mussten 7,50 Euro gezahlt werden. Flaschen zum Getränke abfüllen wären praktisch. "This location was very enjoyable. Friendly helpful staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Making dinner reservations and giving directions. It felt like home it was so comfortable. Local dining options were fantastic. I was able to book a masseuse to come in after skiing which was also arranged by the staff. Beds were also very comfortable. We will not hesitate to visit again. "
