"The house is lovely and spacious, lots of room for us to gather together and also plenty of space for privacy. It’s in a good location to walk to town and the ski lifts. We all enjoyed our stay and would recommend."

"Large, very clean villa perfect for a large family or group that is very close to the Fieberbrunn bahn. Roland was an excellent host who was very easy to communicate with and even had a Christmas tree stand so we could purchase a larger tree. The rooms are large and cozy and then, living area was very spacious. Teens loved the ping pong table downstairs. Would definitely stay again."

"Die Unterkunft war super an der Piste gelegen und sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern war sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Die Gastgeber haben sich auch während des Aufenthalts mehrfach erkundigt ob alles in Ordnung ist und ihre Hilfe angeboten. "This place was very good, excellent location, very easy to do trips from their. Very lovely stuff"

"For UK guests, having to take your own bedding and towels is a negative. Location is not a two-minute walk into town: ten minutes in, nearly twenty back as it’s all up! The bus from town finishes at 5pm. Kitchenette is facilitated - just. A dining table would be nicer than the fixed worktop, especially as there is room. The specification suggests there is a bedroom but it is a studio apt with a separate bathroom. Good sized balcony and large glass doors a definite bonus with a decent view."

"This was a great stay. We booked for the area and spa. Did not disappoint. Spa was very large and well appointed and attended. Room was amazing and spacious. Staff was excellent and made every effort to ensure we had anything we could possibly want. If I had to say anything less than great it would be the hours of the spa do not match the website and close early. "

"Cozy room with stunning mountain view. It is across the street from the bahnhof with amazing proximity if taking the train into kitzbuehl. The breakfast offering and apres snacks are included with create your own drink stations available for an additional cost."

"We had a short stay in this hotel but we loved it , really nice and professional, pleasant staff, amazing breakfast, spacious and clean rooms . Location just great and close to the slopes and in middle of all shopping area. Definitely recommended!! Thank you "

"Incredibly beautiful hotel with high quality services, food and drink, and interior design. Sauna and spa are spacious and inviting. Walls in the rooms are a bit thin, so it’s a little too easy to hear the many ski vacationers’ conversations and music on the balcony next door, but other than that I highly recommend this place. Not even that expensive for everything you get. "

"Great location for ski accessibility. Walkable to some restaurants, but not really to the town of Zell am See. Quick taxi ride. Overall we loved Elements. The pool and sauna were very nice. Laundry onsite was convenient. Ski lockers were super nice with boot warmers and tons of space for 4 people equipment. We had a family room and it exceeded expectations. "
