"Stayed in this hotel in April 2025. Room was small, but comfortable and clean. The hallway is made with tiles, without any carpets, so it was getting a bit noisy when anyone was walking by/talking outside the room. There is an elevator with clear glass walls which made a nice view of surrounding area. Breakfast had a good selection of food, but I’m not sure it’s worth the price (ours was included with the room). The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. "

"The property is very clean and in a great location. Easy walking distance to old town and right next to the bus stop to Hallstatt. Breakfast was decent. It would have been nice if they could provide shampoo and lotion. "

"It was a very nice mix between a hotel room and an apartment. It would’ve been nice if they had washers in the room but other than that, it was excellent. It was well located and overall a very pleasant. The sleeper sofa for our kids was incredibly comfortable. It was essentially a bed."

"The breakfast was excellent. Had many choices. A close; just across the street; Billa grocery store. Also had a very close restaurant that served very good food. The only downside was trying to find the hotel. They need much better signage!!!"

"Good hotel and clean, only bus #1 can take you from it which is next to it, however we had to pay extra for taxes which we thought included. Room service is ok, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is good. "

"I stayed here with my 13yo daughter. Clean, quiet, easy check-in. It’s about a 10min walk to the river and other sites. Great spot to stay! "

"The property was very clean and upscale. They had a breakfast option (we didn’t use) but that looked wonderful with a good selection of fresh food items. Drinks were served downstairs near reception and it was a very comfortable and cozy environment with different seating areas with a variety of options. The receptionists were helpful, fluent in English and German, and very professional. "

"Spent 2 nights here while visiting Salzburg. Its in the New Town, an easy walk to Mirabell Palace and the old town. Parking is available for a fee in the underground garage just across the street. The room had an odd layout but manageble for 2 people. Breakfast was okay, usual European fare- selection of cheeses, bread, yogurt and also bacon and scrambled eggs. "

"We had an overall good experience staying at the passenger hotel in Salzburg. There is a big mall 4 min away with plenty of shops and food choices. The train to the city center is 5 min walk away. The gym is very modern, including a reformer Pilates as well. The hotel is about 4 km from the city centre, we walked to the city centre, as we love exploring the non turistic areas as well, but there are lots of busses going to that direction too. The Salzburg airport is also 4 km away from the hotel. The room was very clean, and the food was pretty great! "
