"property was great. about a 15-20min walk to the Salzburg hbf. there’s also a bus station right outside the hotel (however it rarely came on time on the 4 days we were there) and another bus station that’s a 5min walk (we found this line was more reliable). check-in and check our were seamless, didn’t need to talk to a staff at all. they have a luggage storage available for free. they were also very accommodating when i requested for an early check in at 11am and they sent me a notification with the PIN code at the time of the availability. they even had umbrellas for rent at the main entrance and you can tap your card to pay. there’s no real lobby but the locker storage area has some couches. the only room for improvement would probably be vending machines especially since the e rooms have a microwave, it would be much more convenient to have those options available food/snack wise. overall the stay was great! would love to stay here again. "
