"Given the location of our room I feel that a floor plan should be shown on the website as our room overlooked the car park and was directly over main entrance and reception and if I’d known I would have chosen a different room. Our room ‘Manilow’ was ok but noisy in the morning from 0700 with extractor fans for kitchens, plus doesn’t go off until 1100. The room low roof made it very difficult to relax, plus only one chair to watch tv or have a coffee in room. Cleanliness could be a little bit better with some stains and marks on furniture. Overall an excellent place and have booked again for April."
