"I want everyone to know that this property has rectified the billing issue I had. I give them 10/10. The staff are very friendly and helpful. This was more of an issue with the hotels.com website that it was with the University Inn. Hotels.com said the property was contacted about my issue. I have since found out this is not the case. Please disrgard my poor reviews as I was upset with hotels.com. Great place to stay. Great value!"

"We came for the Iola car show. This home was perfect for our stay. The host should take new pictures because it’s much nicer than we thought. The home is spacious and had everything we needed. The hair supplied a variety of food for breakfast and plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows. Our room was small but had enough space for us and our clothing. The 2 other couples we met that shared the house were kind and cordial. And there are 2 bathrooms in between the bedrooms. We didn’t hear anyone...

"Property is in a good location, but noisy with trains near by. Also, the house is more of a duplex feel, the owners live on the bottom and the top is rented out. The owner was there to greet us, but difficult to get a hold of prior. The house was clean, but def worn down. The house also smelt like smoke in the living room, which was unfortunate. Overall, okay (safe) property if you need a place to crash. "
