"Staff were very friendly and helpful, there was a small problem with the heating system in our room and the young lady in the reception offered us an electric heater which was really helpful. "Don't use a Map app to find this place. You'll end up (like me) walking a circular route only to end up pretty much where you started. Just come out of the airport, turn left, and it's 100m on your left. This hotel is very modern but tastefully decorated. The rooms have no wardrobes; you use hooks and clothes hangers on a wire mesh on the wall. I liked that idea. TV has lots of channels including bbc1, and you can cast apps from your phone to the TV. "Beautiful hotel tucked away in the wine-making hills of Ockfen close to the Saar river. From the hotel we visited Trier which was a very nice experience. We visited during end of November, which is low season. The hotel itself is very well maintained, very beautiful, and the staff (like the people of the area) are all very friendly. There are play rooms and a sauna, so plenty of opportunities for relaxing. The hotel has a restaurant which is open to the public. Highly recommend visiting."

"This was a wonderful place to stay in the “Little Switzerland “ area of Luxembourg. Easy access to a lot of great hikes. The restaurant was very good. I want to commend the staff for their care after I took a fall on a hike. They searched for bandages and were genuinely concerned for my well being. Throughly recommend this hotel. "
