"Hosts are wonderful. I will book this place again next time I visit Trier. Apartment has everything that you could possibly need. Hosts reserved a parking spot in a garage for us too, which was perfect since we had a rental car. Hosts are informative and did a wonderful job communicating with us. "The property is well equipped with high quality white goods, crockery and cutlery. It is spacious, has several outside seating arrangements. Our son is in a wheelchair and although the house is on a hill, we managed via a side entrance. The owner lives next door, is very friendly and obliging. The view is gorgeous, and so was the weather. "We stayed at Leiwen for 6 days and had a fantastic time. It is a quaint, little German town on the Mosel. We walked everywhere in the town: information center, bakery, grocery, pubs, and restaurants. Took a bus to Treir, Mosel river cruise to Berncastle, car trip to Berg Eltz castle. The cottage was much more than we imagined. It had a very comfortable living area with back yard and patio."
