"The Tapoco Lodge is absolutely beautiful and the staff was amazing. The cabin we stayed in felt like everything was antique but somehow still new. My only complaint was that Expedia allowed me to book it as a pet-friendly room when the actual room I chose wasn’t pet-friendly. The Tapoco honored the reservation anyway and took care of us. They were terrific. My wife is already asking if we can stay here again. "

"I am obsessed with the property and the bus! My husband and I stayed for a night with our three toddlers while taking a night off from section hiking the AT. We all slept in the king bed in the back which was INSANELY comfortable. The hosts are a super sweet little family. Our laundry was done for a small fee very quickly. "Cabin was beautiful, very clean, had everything we needed, couldn’t ask for more, also lots of things to do in the area, hiking, river is very near to cabin, Clingmans Dome is about 45 minutes from there and Gatlinburg, TN is about 15 more miles from Clingmans Dome, worth visiting!! Overall our stay at cabin was fantastic!! Will rent it again!!"
