"This inpromptu stay, while travelling home, was a really pleasant experience. The food in the restaurant was amazing, the room was massive and we even had a jacuzzi style bath! Staff could have not been more helpful and even made a pretty good cup of tea for my wife on the morning of her birthday! (We are from the UK and good tea is hard to come by). We loved the hotel, really can't recommend highly enough."

"At two occasions, I sent emails to the property asking simple questions, such as whether I'd need an extension cord to hook up my CPAP machine. Although I wrote in perfect French, on both occasions, my e-mails were ignored. I found this so rude, I almost cancelled my reservation for another property. Walls were very thin and all of the doors closed with a large slam, making it very sleep-disruptive in the morning and night. The shower door of my room was broken.
