"In town visiting Barolo producers that we work with in the US. Il Grappolo was clean and comefortable and the view of Monforte from my room was amazing. Breakfast was good and the staff was helpful."

"The lady at the reception provided great hospitality. She was so friendly and gave us a lot handy travelling tips around the area. I wouldnt have rated this hotel as high if it was not because of her. Hotel room is a bit dark and worn out but acceptable in general."

"Nicely renovated room with balcony. Despite being on second floor, great view. Well-appointed outside seating. Within easy walking distance of train station and beach. Good buffet breakfast. Friendly staff who made every effort to help me as my Italian is basic. The location can be noisy as trains can be heard and sounds can carry from the hallway - but the latter happens with most hotels."
