"This was my 3rd stay at the Thayers Inn in as many years. The staff is always super friendly and courteous. The hotel is well maintained considering it the age of the building. If you are staying here, you need to be willing to accept that there will be no elevator, rooms may not be state of the art, bathrooms are outdated but that's all part of the charm! "

The house was attached to a motel no big deal but the access from the office of the motel came directly in the area where we were staying and we were unable to lock from our side. "This home has it all! Beautifully decorated, cozy fireplace, spacious private surroundings, the BEST claw foot bathtubs, mountain and star views magnificent! We had 12 people and the home’s size afforded us all plenty of privacy. Great stove in kitchen. Plenty of firewood stacked. Off grid living was cool! No TVs! Such a needed break from the seasonal chaos! Highly recommend ❤️"
