"This is the second year in a row I chose this hotel when coming to a conference. I do so because of the location, comfort, delivery storage, and the swimming pool. Two issues caused my rating to go down one star. The first was that the pool was unavailable for two days without previous notice, and the second was that the hotel did not provide a locked room to store the luggage after checkout.
