"The room was very nice, except for the shower setup- in both rooms (we had 2 separate stays close together) the diverter would not send flow to the handheld shower, and when the overhead shower was in use the handheld and the faucet dripped heavily. Front desk was super helpful, friendly and professional. Area around property is not great, but hey, it's at an airport, and there's ongoing construction, so no fault to the property."

"This place is great! We had a stay at another hotel the night before that was so bad. We ditched that place last minute & switched to the Hotel Northampton. So relieved to be staying at this place after that experience! Hotel Northampton is beautifully maintained with comfortable amenities. The front desk was super helpful as well. No complaints! "
