"After booking Hotel Europa last minute, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The staff were exceptional at check in, breakfast & check out. The room comfortable and much bigger than expected. The bathroom was huge compared to other hotels and Air BnB places we have stayed in. The room was clean & comfortable. Our only issue was the air conditioner wasn't working to our expectations. My husband says if we need to stay in Biella again we have our place."

"Extremely ridiculous check in process. Sent to 3 different properties to check in via someone on WhatsApp who randomly messaged me. Delayed check in process by 1.5 hours. Hotel is not a hotel its rooms above a cafe. Room was dirty upon arrival, fridge was repulsive with mouldy products inside and mould on tray as shown to cafe staff. The hotel has a perfect location overlooking lake Orta and the weather was excellent this ensured that could relax and experience the tremendous view in addition to capturing some excellent photographs.
