"We had an amazing stay in a recently renovated room. The room was clean and spacious with brand new furniture. Our concierge David was simply amazing. He created a hand-written list of vineyards and restaurants for us to visit. He also gave us a bottle of wine and complimentary tickets to the Blue Note Jazz Club in Napa. Great stay. We'll be back!"

"When we arrived at the property we were given a room on the first floor way in the back. The room was dingy, dark and didn’t smell that nice.there was a rattling sound all night making it hard for us to sleep. The bathroom was very out dated. There was a bath tub and a shower curtain. I would not recommend this place to anyone."

"Should have a safe in the room for valuables, Expresso coffee doesn't cut it in the morning. I like several cups of coffee in the morning. Had to go to the lobby for a normal size coffee.Dinner and breakfast were excellent at the hotel."

"I always stay here when having to visit or work in Napa. The rates are half the overpriced hotels over the hill, and better in every way. "

"The property was well kept, the restaurant staff extremely friendly as well as the cleaning staff. The front desk was also helpful and friendly. The only issue was when we tried to get a late check out due to a flight delay I booked 2 rooms and I am a “good member” I would be able to get a 2 hour extension, however our friends could not. Then, when we returned from breakfast and it was slightly past 12:00 our room had been locked and I had to get housekeeping to unlock our room."
