Furniture as was stated before was dated but we loved the place and would definitely stay there again. Very peaceful and quiet, lovely grounds."

"I’ve visited the Itu Garden Spa at least four times, and I always love to come back to this serene, beautiful resort. The food, fitness activities and spa treatments are all superb. The staff is friendly and welcoming. "

"Bom custo-benefício. Sugestões: os quartos precisam de locais para pendurar roupas. A água não chega ao quarto muito quente, o que torna o banho não muito agradável, sobretudo em dias frios. O café da manhã é razoável, mas seria legal incluir pelo menos uma fatia de presunto e queijo junto com o pãozinho francês e um copo pequeno de suco de laranja. Melhoraria muito o café da manhã, sem aumentar demais o custo."

"O quarto estava bem limpo, lençol e toalhas ok, como de costume. Porém, nesta ocasião, o ar condicionado não estava gelando. Só o liguei na hora de dormir, e não quis sair do quarto para falar com alguém. Na hora do checkout, eu ia avisar, mas não tinha nenhum funcionário na recepção."
