Optei pelo quarto superior, a melhor categoria do Hotel e achei incrível! Nao tinha vista pra cidade como descrito - pq é no térreo - mas tinha vista para a natureza, melhor ainda! Café da manhã maravilhoso e recepção atenciosa, o valor do estacionamento estava diferente do anunciado e foi cumprido o valor do app Hotéis.com sim, e sempre que eu voltar a Sorocaba quero ficar no E-Suítes, excelente localização!!!

Decepcionada é o nome. Hotel em obra, sem serviço de quarto. Reservei quarto de casal e tinha apenas uma toalha no quarto. Solicitei mais uma na recepção e fui informada que eu teria que buscar. Frigobar desabastecido e desligado. Sistema de acionamento da descarga (caixa acoplada) inoperante, tivemos que tirar a tampa para conseguir usar.

Muito bom, mas pode melhorar

Confortável e espaçoso. Gostaria de deixar algumas observações para melhorias: o quarto que reservamos tinha cook top,mas não tinha uma panela ou frigideira. Não acho que os turistas viagem com estes itens... também tinha pia para lavar louça, pratos e talheres, mas não tinha detergente e esponja. Na nossa segunda manhã, não havia guardanapo na cafeteria onde foi servido o café. De resto, atendimento maravilhoso! Os meninos da recepção muito educados e atenciosos, se esmeraram em ajudar quando precisamos. Recomendo.

Não recomendo este hotel!

Reservei este hotel pois tinha o mesmo nome do hotel que sempre me hospedo, que hoje chama-se Transamérica, não me atentei ao endereço por isso a falha. Chegamos no hotel fomos fazer o check in, tivemos que cadastrar uma senha de 6 dígitos para assim, nós mesmos ter que estacionar o carro, detalhe: Tivemos que dar a volta no quarteirão para chegar no estacionamento na rua ao lado do hotel, e achei perigoso pois temos que digitar a senha para o portão do estacionamento abrir, e sendo assim, corremos o risco de sermos assaltados, e detalhe o estacionamento é pago, valor : 18 reais. Para subir para o quarto temos que digitar a senha de 6 dígitos no elevador, só assim o elevador funciona. O quarto é estreito, cama e travesseiro desconfortável, banheiro pequeno, tive dificuldade de lavar os meus cabelos pelo tamanho do box e a água esfriava a todo momento. Toalhas encardida e com mau odor, pois creio que foi guardada e dobrada ainda úmida. E o que posso dizer de positivo é o café da manhã que estava bom e a decoração externa do hotel era bem cuidada e de bom gosto. Mas não recomendo este hotel.
